St. Luke's Shelter

St. Luke's shelter is in Northwest DC and is a six-bed, six-month transitional shelter for men, open 365 days a year that provides a safe, sober and structured environment, collaborative case management, and life skills training. I went there on a Saturday morning and took photos of some of the volunteers who make breakfast on Saturday mornings for the residents. Since 1991, their services and partnerships have helped more than 375 homeless men achieve their housing, employment, recovery and health goals.
